Still sucks for app developers though. My presumption is they will all pivot to Mastodon apps now.

This is a really interesting thread on user requested features, leading inevitably to Mastodon and quote boosts.
I am really interested in the cognitive difference between your quote being at the top (a la Twitter), and your comments being underneath more like a link post.
I am really enjoying just having one touch point for the social web. I am sure there are downsides but they seem manageable.

Lucie loves her new chair that will make a big difference to her social inclusion. Simple things like sitting at the table with us at meal times or doing activities will be drastically improved.
Really happy with it.
Using Instagram in the browser removes all ads and all the full screen messing about.
Much better.
